He is now Managing Director of St. Mawgan & Co (www.stmawgan.com) which he co-founded in 2001, a London based consultancy specializing in risk management, strategy consulting, and behavioural finance modelling in finance, business and risk taking. St Mawgan's clients include major international and investment banks, asset managers, software houses and private banks.
In addition Gerald is a Director of Applied Learning (www.applied-learning.com) a major supplier of financial and management training to the financial sector across the globe.
Gerald is formerly an External Examiner and still a Guest Lecturer at Newcastle Business School, and is also a regular contributor to the financial press and a frequent guest speaker at universities and finance industry conferences on risk and human behaviour. He is also a regular columnist for financial-i magazine (www.financial-i.com)
He has just finished the second edition of his book Financial Speculation about the psycology and human behavioural in financial crisis and speculation.
